Black Salt

Black salt is a variant of regular table salt, known for its lower sodium content, in addition to being naturally fortified with essential minerals like iron, calcium, and magnesium.

Found primarily in the Himalayan salt mines of south Asia, Black salt has a distinct flavour and a brownish pink colour because of its chemical composition.

Black salt is an excellent antioxidant, and has been found to be beneficial for easing symptoms of indigestion, bloating and acid reflux.
